Hey my name is Neil. I am moving to the Boca area in a few months to be close to my son. I am 70 yrs young, fit and healthy, single and very presentable. I am English but have lived in the USA for some years with a permanent resident card. I'm as trust worthy and honest as you will find in addition to extremely tidy, respectful and friendly.
I have a home in England which is rented and visit there for 2 months each year.
My ideal situation would be a rent free private room with bathroom and kitchen access in exchange for security and other reasonable chores. Sorry, I've never had a pet nor looked after one.
Open to suggestions, offers and happy to collect whatever references you require. Oh, I'm an ex computer systems designer of the dinosaur type.
Currently live in Virginia where my daughters and grandchildren live.
