House Sitter in Seattle, Washington

Hello, my name is Kaylee! I am a dependable lover of dogs and flowers, searching for an overnight home sitting position in Washington state. Anywhere in the state could work if the fit seems right, but West of the mountains would feel most comfortable for me, and specifically King or South Snohomish County would be preferable for long-term or recurring gigs (I have family in the area that I've been co-isolating with that I would like to remain close to in the long-term.) I'm very organized and great with following detailed directions, so pet and animal care, light gardening or watering of plants will be well taken care of as long as I have a list of what needs to be done! I grew up with a family dog, and have recently grown to love cats despite being allergic (allergy pills are so worth being able to pet them when they decide you're worthy😸), and have cared for fish and birds in the past. I'd also be comfortable with other small animals and reptiles if I don't need to feed them live food and it's not required to handle them, but I am not the choice for you if you have spiders to be taken care of, sorry! I also have personal transportation available, am mostly a homebody, and have been isolating/social distancing and wearing a mask when I do go out this year, as a precaution against covid-19. What I'm looking for: A lovely home to look after while you're away. A clean space to get away for some peace and quiet and do some drawing and reading away from quarantine talk. Optional: plants and/or pets to keep watered and fed and happy (and played with, for the pets)! Also optional: other household chores? I'm thinking changing a lightbulb, household laundry, or clearing out a kitchen cabinet, those mundane things that you hate to do and would be so nice to come back home to them just taken care of!
