Services And Training: Collecting accounts payable and processing them for payment. Creating/ maintaining/ following up correspondence including responding on the residence’s behalf. Preparing and modifying proposals and contracts. Preparing confidential documentation and contracts. Providing support as required for certain accounting tasks. Maintenance: HVCA (supervising 5 -five furnaces now) filters; compressors, humidifier, thermostats. Floor heating system. Driveway boiler system - included snow sensor; IT: supervising all the IT systems, security systems, cameras, smoke detectors, water alarms, reset iPad, install new ones etc., scheduling service if not possible to fix. Electrical: changing lights, planning tasks for the electrical company (indoor & outdoor), generator maintenance, lift maintenance (familiar with emergency plan), electrical gates (open - close emergency); Plumbing: ice maker’s cleaning system, water filters, water alarm sensors (if not automatic), fridge filters, disposal garbage sanitizing - planning service when necessary. Fish tank & fish tank systems: fish system filters and fish tank cleaning. Supervising all the systems running correctly, planning new fish & coral adaptation. Vehicles: keeping up with car’s service schedule, (including car wash & refiling gas); Furniture: touch up small scratches, if necessary, planning and scheduling repairing service; accepting orders, returning orders – dealing with complaints. Preparing outdoor furniture for winter. Carpet & Curtains: cleaning small spots on the carpets, planning and scheduling carpet wash service: Construction: planning construction schedule once per year, preparing areas and supervising, preparing invoice for the payment, collecting information in system (ceiling; wall; floor, doors, baseboards, wood part, cabinets, outdoor and etc.); Roof: once per year full inspection (we have ceramic tiles therefore it is necessary); Landscaping: Spring : spring cleaning, preparing areas and planning flowers for the summer; Summer: lawn and garden maintenance, summer project realization; Fall: Fall flowers, Fall cleaning; Winter: preparing pots for winter decorations; Power wash: gardening project – uproot trees, bushes, and plant new ones. Sprinkle system - I am working with 30 zones now. Waterfall (refill water, supervising system running); outdoor fireplace. Christmas Lightning Project; Personal & financial tasks: working with confidential information; collecting invoices, checking - preparing for the payments; making appointments - reminders; returns; requests (verbal or written) & calls - reply to the emails, try to solve any type of issues; help package and unpackage travel luggage; Assisting with legal task look after collection (crystal & art or jeweler); meet and greet guests, make them feel comfortable.
