House Sitter in South Lake Tahoe, California

We are an economically and physically healthy couple in our mid 50's who are considering taking up residence in S. Lake Tahoe. We both have backgrounds in the home and commercial building business and are hands-on caretakers. A property sale in Colorado has given us the opportunity to consider other places to live and we are avid skiers so a winter in Tahoe sounds ideal. We have a place in Mexico so we can vacate the property at any time. Available long or short term.
