Aloha, I'm hoping to be just what you need. Service Abilities: I would take care as my own. I have been caring for children since I was 10yrs. Starting with my own siblings, and neighbors. Then of course my own children and their friends and my nieces and nephews. I am a "aunty momma bear" and treat all as my own. I give them individualized attention and l love them all the same. I'm really good at talking to pre/teens as they feel comfortable with me and can trust me to open up. As for the little ones, I play with them and talk to them. Discipline is more about talking things thru and some tough love advise. Always being honest with them and always ago appropriate. Ground rules are always set between parents and myself. I'm very capable to care for any kind of pets and animals. I have personal transportation available. I have extensive experience. Other than having many different animals growing up, being in 4-H, and having a swine business, as well as taking care of friends homes, plants and animals when they leave for vacations. I've been blessed with a green thumb and have taken opportunities to be out doors doing other friends and many of my family's yards and gardening as for pleasure and personal self therapy 🌺 I'm have many other traits which vary from business Consulting/ business sales, Activism, personal assisting, customer service, care giver, child care, teenage mentoring, leadership roles, community volunteer, public service, multiple board member roles, perfessional deep cleaning/cleaning service, blessed with a natural green thumb, awesome personality, easy going, communication/ personable skills, deep rooted values, very open to new things, easy fast learner. I self educate every day on things such as common law, human rights, the economy, money/housing market, including innovative ways to make the world a better place. I do practice Aloha everyday. I'm very independent. I am pretty blunt, and will always give you my honest opinion. I am very patient, understanding, and will always deescalate any situation if such a rises.
