House Sitter in Chapel Hill, North Carolina

Our youngest daughter is a professor at UNC who is expecting their first child in early February. Because she is scheduled to teach classes during the Spring semester, she has asked my wife if she could help out some during February, March, and April. We might need a place to reside during that period. I am a retired professor of engineering who has built several substantial additions on both our home and the home of our parents, so I am quite handy at maintaining and fixing things. We are very dependable and have a credit rating of 844.
