House Sitter in Youngstown, Ohio

Hi! I've nannied and cared for a home while owner was away for days at a time. I was entrusted to watered plants, feed and care for their pets, tidied up after myself and the kids, etc. To housesit an empty house, I would follow instructions laid out for me. Keep lights on or off per wishes. I would do light cleaning of surfaces used as well as would water plants. For homes with multiple pets or sitting needed for extended periods of time: feeding, watering and entertaining & laundry would be a few dollars extra. I am flexible. -Weekends I would have open availability. -Weekdays after 5 pm - 11 pm i would be available. -On call as needed -I have an updated and cleared background and fingerprint check. -CPR & First Aid certified. -Bachelor's Degree from YSU. -Reliable. -Adaptable to many situations -Mature and Aware Would clean and disinfect surfaces properly, take out trash to alleviate harsh smells if needed, would clean up after pets. Would lock doors and windows appropriately, set alarms, and be mindful of surroundings. Would not allow personal guests unless specified by homeowners to uphold professionalism, etcetera.
