Maria is a great caretaker! She is super clean, tidy, efficient, and a very sweet person. We have had her watch several of our properties for extended periods of time and have never had a problem. She is very trustworthy, and not to mention great with animals! Our dogs got soooo many walks from her and that wasn't even in her job description. Her English is not perfect but she goes to lengths to make sure she understands what you want. All in all, highly recommend her.
