For set house-sitting hours: Anytime Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri Thu 12am-5pm Sat 5pm-12am Sun 12am-2pm I can do the following: Pet feeding & minor care Mail collection Security/safety checks Regular updates as needed Overnight house-sitting Minor gardening and plant care (weeding, watering) Please ask if there's anything else you need! I have checked on and watched over homes for friends and neighbors and family most of my adult life (9 years), and am extremely protective and diligent about looking after other folks' property. I have always double-checked doors and windows for security, am able to get along with most pets, and am very communicative. I have a very keen concern for security and tend to double- and triple-check locks, test latches, check for hazards, and check for weaknesses. As someone who has lived in some shady places, I am highly conscious of safety both inside and out. Especially with pets in the home, I check for knocked over items or safety risks. Here is my usual walkthrough checklist before leaving a home: -Walkthrough to make sure house is in order, no signs of leaks, discoloration, plumbing issues, check thermostat to avoid winter pipe freezing, ensure no electrical or other issues developing. -Check all windows shut and latched. -Final welfare check for pets -Last mail check if needed. -Ensure all outside doors locked. -Ensure all gates, garage doors, and outdoor structures are secure. -After leaving the property, I sit in my car a while to make sure no suspicious activity is occuring in the area. If you have any specific concerns, please let me know. If I spot a problem, I will do my best to remedy it and inform you. If a pet has an emergency while you are gone, I will do everything in my power to help them including taking them to a vet if needed. I have pets that have health concerns so I am very careful to inspect pets for any sign of something wrong.
