Over the years, I have handled many house sitting jobs – some have been mundane, while others were challenging. And it was working for the more challenging ones that have prepared me for all eventualities that may occur in the role as a Housesitter, Housekeeper. Some of the tasks I perform as a Housesitter and the qualified skills I maintain, include; but are not limited to: • Securing clients homes from the inside and outside by securing all doors and windows, and activating all necessary alarm systems that are installed. • Proven track record of handling and overseeing home repairs and any maintenance work necessary while the homeowners are away. •Light house cleaning which includes: changing of linens, dusting, dishes, vacuuming, mopping of all floors, bathrooms(toilet,tub,sink) •Watering plants and grass when needed. • Skilled at handling the feeding and grooming needs of all house pets. Some of the tasks performed are bathing, walking, feeding, dispensing of medication, as well as trips to the local dog park if weather permits. • Collection of mail. • Disposal of trash in the proper containers per city ordinance.
