I have known Erica for over a decade now. She is literally the hardest working person I know, she has always been there for me when I needed her and I have called her, no lie, 3:30 in the morning, stranded in Denton, and she was there to pick me up in 30 mins. There is no one else in my life that I am able to depend on more than her. She is so ambitious and driven to make herself better and better. Through out all the struggles she's had she's still funny, humble, forgiving, gracious, and loyal. It amazes me thinking about where she was when I met her and the place that she is now with her biggest weapon for success being herself. I wish that I could have been more of a help to her like she was me but some how even though I had more opportunities than her I relied on her so much and couldn't have made it where I am without her. I give her my full recommendation and hope that others get to see what a joy she is to have around because she blesses lives that she comes into. Go with my girl!

Well isn't this nice. I actually have known Erica for about 6 years now. We met at work and became fast friends. She was so funny and personable. She helped me with watching my kids and she would stay with them 2 - 3 nights a week when I was at my second job. My husband died 3 years ago in a car accident that nearly took my little girl as well. I was having such a hard time then, and she took the kids some nights when I was too weak and she has never asked for anything but for me to make sure I was ok. She even helped me with money for a little bit while I was trying to get my bearings back. God only gives us so many friends like these. I think that she can do anything she puts her mind to and she is unstoppable. I'd trust her with my life and the life of my beautiful kids.

I am more than happy to provide a recommendation for Erica. I was her manager for about 5 years and we have maintained a friendship even after she has left the company. I was always appreciative of her ability to get so much done in ways that were invented from her own ingenuity. I was so sad to see her go but I knew that only great things were in her future.
