Please see below for details on overnight services and drop-in/check-in services. 24/7 Home Monitoring Services I’m happy to share my home camera system with you- for the length of time that you’re gone, you’d be given access to view 24/7 indoor real-time footage (you choose where placement would be of course!) and access to play back saved video/audio alerts that the camera picks up even when you’re not tuned in. Overnight Services I offer overnight stays for $35/night. Adding on home monitoring services is an additional fee at $5/night for overnight stays (for a total of $40/night for in person house sitting and 24/7 camera surveillance). Drop-in Services I offer check-ins/drop-ins for $10/hour. The minimum fee is $10.For drop-in/check-in only arrangements, the 24/7 surveillance is an additional $10/night. Also for drop-in/check-in only arrangements, a mileage fee may apply but is negotiable. Caretaker Couple Two caretakers for the price of one, and camera monitoring immediately added at no extra cost to you! My partner, who has experience as a handyman, has been on various house sitting and property management jobs with me. I prefer this arrangement for safety purposes. In the case that he is able to stay on the property with me, his services would not come at an extra cost and camera surveillance will immediately be added at no extra cost to give you piece of mind and ensure that no nefarious acts will take place. Cesar and I started house sitting for our family and friends a little bit ago, so I thought to keep offering that for our community too. Please note: For safety reasons, I always reserve the right to leave the property if an unsafe situation occurs, or to have someone that I trust accompany me. I always ask a friend or my husband to ride along with me to the property upon first arrival.
