Hello. I'm David, 59 years old, masters degree, music teacher in a local public elementary school. I could rent a home, but I would rather house sit and save the money, plus I enjoy helping people. I'm great with dogs. Having run a non-profit organization and being in charge of a theatre building, I understand what is involved in securely maintaining a building. I'm also very neat and meticulous, but (I believe) easy to work with.
