I will bring in your mail, take care of your pets and plants. Having someone available to be around the house, having lights on and frequent movement deters any break ins. You'll be able to feel safe with someone keeping a regular eye on your home.
I will have a police record check, and personal references available for you.
I'm available for the short term, but also long term trips.
