House Sitter in Pagosa Springs, Colorado

I am a semi-retired teacher (taught mostly high school age and adults in community colleges) who has recently relocated to Pagosa Springs from the Denver area. I am an English (ESL) and Spanish teacher, and have had many cross-cultural experiences living in Spain, Austria, Turkey, England, Mexico, and Guatemala. I love Pagosa and the small-town lifestyle. I am also an animal lover, and have had many house/pet sitting jobs before to the owner's great satisfaction. In fact, I am taking care of a dog right now for a geologist friend who went to Puerto Rico to help in the assessment and rebuilding after the extreme damage caused by hurricane Irma. Over the Christmas break, I will have time that I am not teaching, so would love to have employment caring for pets or dwellings.
