Greetings, I am great at house sitting and have a referral from a home owner I house sat for in Boulder on three occasions. Your pets are in safe hands with me. Most dogs and cats love me or at least do not mind me being around. I take great care of pets. During our meeting is when you can introduce me to your pets and when we can go over details of how to care for their needs including schedule and daily times for specific tasks. I want to be clear about all that needs to be done for your pets and on the same page. I am great at watering plants throughout your home keeping them alive and healthy. I am good at following instructions for watering needs of specific plants. You can never have too many plants. I turn a front of the house outside light on in the evening and off during the day. Collecting mail and bringing in newspapers daily is easy. I take out the trash, compost and recycling on schedule. My service begins at $25 per day and depends on the complete list of details and specifications that need attending to while you are away. To schedule my service first we meet and you show me your home before you leave and go over tasks you need completed while you are away so I fully understand responsibilities of the job. I would need contact information for you while you are away and contact info for a neighbor or family member in case there is an emergency. If you could be away longer than your itinerary I would need to know when the latest you expect to return and agree on the daily rate of my services beyond your original plan. I would need codes and instructions for all alarms for the property. I would need to know your house rules such as what rooms and areas not to enter and what I can and cannot use while staying at your home. I do not have visitors while I am house sitting.
