Hi - I am Maggie Jackson, a mature, friendly, grounded person. My profession is Social Work, but I am attempting to make the House Sitting a full time practice because I am also a Writer. I love and adore pets, and practice the vegetarian life style. I am allergic to cats although I adore them too! I am a lover of The Arts and people, great music, and believe in helping others. I am a highly organized and reliable, detail oriented person with strong, positive professional boundaries. I always write down specific instructions from home owners about handling the house in their absence. I water gardens and house plants. I Perform light cleaning and maintenance activities such as sweeping and mopping and changing bulbs. Set up alarm and security systems and monitor footage to determine if any nefarious activity is being carried out. I Pay utility bills upon home owners’ instructions and ensure that any important mail is forwarded to them. I Feed, brush and bathe house pets and take them for walks for up to an hour 2xs a day as well as take them to veterinary doctors for their vaccinations if needed. I happily Change linens prior to the return of homeowners and ensure that laundry is handled on time. I cook food for homeowners on the day that they are due to return and perform appropriate lock-down services at the end of the day by securing windows and doors.
