House Sitter in Hilo, Hawaii

Mature and responsible, no drama, , alcohol, or partys. I'm presently living in Hilo Hawaii performing property management, maintenance and rentals for "I love Kigelia" 2 acre farm in Fern Acres. This job will be complete when the owner returns in late September, 2016 but as most of the work has been completed by my excellent, hard working crew, I am free to move around to other potential jobs in the area of The Big Island. My goal is to bring my family over from Washington state to work and live in paradise. My family consists of my son and 2 grandson ages 8 and 10 who also come with great references regarding their behavior and attitudes. We would like a long term living agreement with someone who needs their home rented out and cared for as well as short term care and maintenance work for those needing a shorter tem house sitter. I am available and ready to care for your property.
