House Sitter in Laguna Beach, California

I am experienced and have references for house sitting. Because I am a woman, I would like to have the knowledge of who can access the property so there is no reason to call the authority. I have paid bills in person; money was left to tip delivery people for groceries; and fed small pets (fish, birds, and the family cat). I will be available after February 9, 2018. Days to work depends on the schedule of the client. Lite Housekeeping is to be discussed. Great communication is the key. It helps me to be a better team player for the client. During the interview, it is also wonderful to know of any "pet peeves" the client may have, and for the property I will be in charge of.
