Non-smoker/non-drinker. Over the past decade, I have cared for both apartments and homes. I have house sat for professors, families, and other individuals--caring for their dogs, cats, and plants. I have also handled mail retrieval and sent packages on when needed, and kept communication lines open with clients during my stays. My experiences have included long-term assignments (up to 8 months) for traveling professors, winter house sitting for "snow birds" who wanted to temporarily relocate south, and those just wishing to take short-term vacations. Because I work from home and have a flexible schedule as a freelancer, I can spend a lot of time with animals so that they do not experience separation anxiety while you are away.
