Hello there! I'm Bob, your friendly neighborhood house sitter based in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. If you're in need of a trustworthy and reliable house sitter, then look no further. I am recently semi-retired - For more than 38 years, I was the owner and manager of Helmut Hoyer’s Foreign Car Sales and Service, a highly respected family-owned business in the Lehigh Valley. I wore multiple hats, managing both the sales and service areas of the business. I also managed the maintenance of my building, as well as my student rental properties. So I cut grass, performed snow removal, and managed the trash removal from my properties. I graduated with high honors from Moravian University with a finance degree, attending business management classes through the division of continuing studies while managing my family's automotive sales and service center. I was inducted in the Alpha Sigma Lambda, Delta Omicron Chapter, which recognizes high scholastic achievement. I’m the proud father of three – my son is an honors graduate from Moravian with an economics degree, where he also played college baseball. My middle daughter, Sophia, is a junior at Penn State University at State College where she is majoring in biobehavioral health. Alexis is my youngest, a senior at Southern Lehigh High School, where she is an all-area, all-state volleyball player, and was recruited by Rowan University to play on their volleyball team, and plans to major in athletic training. My wife, Grace, is a communications and marketing director supporting her father’s specialty services contracting company. I’m a sports enthusiast, volunteering my time to coach baseball and support the Southern Lehigh School District and Upper Saucon community. I was proud to help raise $40,000 during Light Up Limeport in which proceeds were donated to pediatric cancer organizations including Sassy Massey Smiles, Angel 34 and Adopt a Pig. I also helped to raise over $125,000 towards Dig Pink events through the Southern Lehigh Volleyball teams. I continue to support these organizations.
