House Sitter in Calgary, Alberta

For 5 years I've been a nanny for a couple families, during this time I did some housesitting for them, and pet care as well. One of my main tasks was to keep the houses clean so that gave me lots of experience. Currently I am an aspiring author, which unfortunately takes up a lot of time that I can't give to nannying anymore hence my switch to house sitting. - Maintaining the cleanliness of the house. You'll come home to a clean home every time. - Pet care if there are pets, just leave me instructions and I should be good. - Garden care; I have been gardening since I was a teenager and know enough to keep the plants alive haha. If instructions are provided for specific plants that would help tons. - Currently I have open availability. I don't mind house sitting during weekends or for a long period of time. I'm not really looking for anything specific time wise, will take what I can get whether that's occasional, full time, part time etc. I'm incredibly experienced when it comes to house care, pet care and cleaning. It will only take one time for me to prove to the house owner my skills. I have no issue getting a background check or a vulnerable sector check if needed. If there are animals in the home, I follow instructions and stick to the routine the owner has set for them. I ask for emergency contacts and the contact of the vet just incase. For the housesitting part, I ask to know where any of the emergency kits are, or the number for a security company if there is a security system and so on. I prefer to be prepared rather than not be.
