Hi! I hope you're doing well! Leaving home for any amount of time can be bittersweet, especially if a trip is for an extended time. I want you to enjoy your time away with peace of mind that your house is in capable, honest, serving hands. My rate of pay is negotiable, but my commitment to professionalism and trustworthiness are not. My goal is to exceed your expectations! Common services are: mail service, care of pets, plants, trash etc. no task is too small or too large. Yes, I will shovel snow, dust, mow lawn and other duties. I will provide presence so you can be confident your home and priorities aren't neglected. If you allow me to park my 13' Shasta trailer on your property and will allow me and two cats in small portions of house, I will reduce fee to $100 per day. I hope we can work together!
