House Sitter in Manhattan Beach, California

Hi, I'm Kevin. I'm a semi-retired house sitter after a twenty-six year career in education in Los Angeles. I’m now located in Hawthorne, California, and looking for house sitting jobs in Manhattan Beach. Especially the Strand because I love being near the beach. I’m well traveled, kind and educated, people oriented, and a jack-of-many-trades. I swim in the ocean pretty much daily at El Porto anyway, so I’m close by. I'm into taking care of people's homes, pets and plants. Basically providing a sense of peace while you’re away. I’m detail oriented, and a very good communicator. My services include pet feeding, mail collection, plant care, trash and recycling, and projects you may wish to be handled around your place while you’re gone, including supervision of vendors or contractors and reporting back to you on status or progress. I'm responsible, reliable and available to keep your house safe and clean while you're away. I’m available to live in while you’re away to take care of pets or tend to security, or come by as needed, on a set schedule. I charge $50.00 base rate daily to stop by for an hour (more based on sleeping over, level of pet care, project or property supervision, etc.—ask for rates) and am highly dedicated to providing quality caretaking. You can trust I'll take great care of your home. I have references available from Long Beach, Reseda, Pacific Palisades, and Brentwood.
