House Sitter in Los Angeles, California

I'm a recent graduate taking a year off from school before applying to PhD programs. I have experience in house sitting, pet sitting and babysitting during my years as a working student. I am a very friendly, happy-go-lucky person with a rigorous work ethic. I considerable myself personable and respectful, and ask the same from others. I love helping and am a natural caretaker; so this job is especially one that I enjoy doing. Responsibilities include: -maintaining house cleanliness on a daily basis -watering plants as needed -feeding/walking/playing with pets as requested -locking all windows and doors at all times for security -being watchful of house/careful with belongings -maintaining a friendliness with neighbors and community In my free time, I read and write. So if I need to stay at the house day or night, I am very quiet and keep to myself, usually using that time to catch up on my reading and writing.
