House Sitter in South Portland, Maine

Hello, I am Nicolas, and my partner Breanna and I are experienced house sitters. We live and work in the Portland area and are available to reliably assist with a variety of house sitting needs. We both have managerial roles at our work, so completing responsibilities in a timely and professional manner is something that easily extends to our house sitting jobs. I have house sat for short and long-term engagements, completing more basic tasks like picking up mail and taking out the trash, to more complex tasks, like helping with gardens, pet care, and construction projects. We love to travel, explore outdoors, and have an array of passions and interests. We are working towards getting a house or property together and enjoy helping others along the way. Daily rates vary based on the responsibilities, however, $50 is our base rate. Even that is flexible depending on the arrangement. References available are available upon request.
