House Sitter in Thousand Oaks, California

I am a nanny who does house sitting and pet sitting on the side for additional income. I recently was laid off as the position was no longer required. As a result, I am looking to expand my house sitting and pet sitting clientele while searching for an nanny position. I have been house sitting for 30 years, often for those whose children I would care. I have current references. I would prefer house sitting jobs where there is the option to remain in the home overnight. I am smart, very responsible and conscientious. My clients are very appreciative of my services. I try to leave the home cleaner than when I arrived, especially if I have a great deal of time on my hands and don't have to rush off to a job. I will confess that while I am great with plants that require a lot of watering, but because I am a nurturer, it is more difficult for me to care for more drought resistant plants or houseplants requiring less frequent watering. I am willing to work with you on whatever extra services you might require for maintaining your home in you absence.
