Please allow me to recommend Ms. Rachel Mayer for a care provider to any children from the ages of infant and up. I’ve worked with her closely at a private mentoring agency while we mentored students ages 10-22 and have never been less than impressed. Rachel is excellent with children of all ages in a classroom or home setting, but she is also a responsible babysitter and mother who remains calm in a crisis situation. She follows instructions to the letter and is very logical when it comes to any unexpected visitors or scenarios. One of the aspects of Rachel’s personality that I appreciated the most is her ability to maintain order and calmness. Rachel is a mother. A responsible, poised, spectacular, and patient mother at that. I’ve seen this firsthand, in both the highs and lows. That in itself, speaks volumes and may be all you need to make a decision ;-) If you have the opportunity to hire Rachel as your babysitter, I would recommend strongly that you do so.
