Hello there! I'm Jim and I'm a senior- bachelor who is responsible and trustworthy. I’ve rented Apts and homes through the years and will always maintain a clean and comfortable living space. I’ve worked in music since the mid 60’s playing on and helping create top forty hit records. I’m self employed and I still work part time playing in nursing homes and senior living centers.
