Hello house sitting community,
I have been a pet and house sitter both on my own and with my husband throughout the Bay Area when we were living there. I have taken care of large dogs, aging and ailing cats (some who have needed the administration of medicine several times a day), and even quail, rabbits and goats (this was in Berkeley... where else?). I am an animal lover at heart.
I like to keep my own space tidy, so you can be assured I would do the same with yours. I also have experience as a house cleaner, and am a practicing meditator, so I like the quiet and do well in solitude.
When I am not house sitting, I am studying and working as a potter and mental health worker.

Ilana is a wonderful, conscientious, and responsible young lady who is caring and careful with homes and pets and people. I highly recommend her for house sitting, pet sitting, and a wide range of other things that involve the responsible caring for places, pets, and people.
In the past, Ilana and her husband Adam have stayed with me as guests and have always been excellent. Ilana and Adam are very responsible, keep things organized and clean, and have always helped with the chores and other tasks. While they stayed with me in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ilana and (sometimes) Adam house- and pet-sat for other people here, with nice homes and loved pets. These arrangements have always proved highly successful. If you have the opportunity to have Ilana house-sit or pet-sit for you, I recommend her wholeheartedly.
