My name is Zach, I live in Pickaway County with my wife and two children. I am a reliable and trustworthy caretaker who can attend to all the needs of your home. I have over a decade of experience managing rental properties, if there is an issue with your home while you are away, I will know what it is, how to fix it, or who to call. I will care for your home, animals and plants as if they were my own so you can be away without a concern of what you've left behind. Services Offered include but are not limited to: - Monitoring: I will be on site twice/day to inspect property and provide a clear appearance of occupancy. With your approval I will leave a motion detection camera behind that will alert me of any intrusion. - Mail/Trash collection: With your permission, your mail will be sorted by first class and bulk rate mail. It will be kept in the order in which it was received. Any trash on the property will be removed when appropriate. - Pet Care: If pets are present I will increase my visits to the property to four times/day. I have a dog and two cats of my own. I have experience caring for all animals from small pets to livestock. - Property Maintenance: The exterior of your home will be maintained. Mowing, trimming, garden/flower bed care all included.
