House Sitter in San Francisco, California

Hi! I'm a professional pet & house sitter from the Pacific North West, relocating back to the Bay Area and would like to start making conacts in the region. I can offer daily home maintenance, regular mail collection, pet care including feeding, within walking distance outings, bathing, administering oral or topical medications or supplements. I can also offer plant care, including some yard maintenance based on available tools. I love to learn new things and I am open to special projects or extra tasks, based on compensation. I love to help and give that extra peace of mind whenever and wherever I can. I've been fostering, finding and falling in love with animals since I was a small child. I have experience with some palliative end of life care practices such as administering subcutaneous fluids, oral medications and wound care. I have some experience with hobbyist aquariums as well, though in my experience, no two tanks are totally alike and each usually has its own unique set of requirements. I grew up caring for finches, canaries, parakeets and one dove (he was my favorite). I've assisted in cultivating and maintaining 2 medium sized gardens over a 4, then 8 year period. I'm a mild chemistry hobbyist and as such have gotten to know a variety of plants and am always excited to learn more. I am absolutely the type to talk to your plants; I genuinely appreciate that plants are living creatures and I find communicating with them a joyful way to bring an intimate, cerebral focus to that fact. I have a passion for handling those nitty gritty, behind-the-scenes details and I prioritize professionalism and friendliness with all of my clients.
