Hi my name is Todd. I have lived in Aspen for the last four ski seasons where I was a part-time ski instructor for Aspen Ski Co. I am an ex tech executive, retired (age 52). I could assist with all aspects of managing the home. I personally owned two water homes, one in northern Michigan and one in Annapolis. I am incredibly handy. I work as a peak part-time ski instructor during a few days a week.
I am incredibly handy and have personally renovated two homes. Both of my personal residence have both a pool and hot tub and I am capable of managing both.
