House Sitter in South Riding, Virginia

Overview: Greetings to you all and thanks for stopping by my profile. My name's Neil and I'm a house sitter operating around South Riding but I don't mind traveling around a bit to get to you. I realize how incredibly important your belongings and your house are to you so I will care for them to the best of my ability. I am pretty much available whenever, so scheduling concerns shouldn't be to much of an issue with me. What I can do: I can take care of your house while you are away to make sure no one gets in that shouldn't get in. I can take care of Mail collecting, trash and recyclables collecting, plant watering, snow clearing, solicitor shooing, and pretty much any other task that needs to be completed. I love pets and will not hesitate to care for them, however I would ask for specific instructions due to how important pet care is. I am perfectly able to adapt to unforeseen circumstances. Some time ago I was house sitting for a close friend while a heavy rain storm hit which caused several places in the house to leak and flood. I dealt with this situation to make sure nothing was damaged and I will care for your belongings the same way.
