Hello, my name is Sam. I'm experienced as a luxury homeowner as well as a housesitter since 1992. I own apt buildings in Florida and I work virtually at semiretired. I'm looking for a home sitter placement. My availability is flexible. I can manage repairs and maintenance to complicated additions and remodels. I'm your eyes and ears as well as caring for your (non agressive) pets.
Service Abilities:
I have experience with pool maintenance, mail collecting, and bird feeding. On top of this, I have personal transportation available. I have multiple prior experiences as a housesitter.
