House Sitter in Daphne, Alabama

I have been house sitting part time for over 10 years. I have excellent references from Hawaii and California. I just relocated to Daphne, AL in May 2022. I offer general house sitting services such as taking in mail, pet care taking such as feeding, playing and walking, managing lighting, light housekeeping and lawn maintenance, running errands, and anything else you may need while you are away. I am available every day of the week and any time that you need me to be there or take care of something. I have personal liability insurance though USAA. I have a confidential security clearance. I am dependable and trustworthy. I am well versed in a variety of safety precautions and steps to take in any kind of emergency situation. I am CPR / First Aid Certified. I have completed defensive driving school and am a certified concealed carry permit holder in 5 states. However, not in Alabama yet. I have not taken the course here in Alabama yet. I plan to do so soon.
