January 5th , 2020 Re: Reference for Philonise Jennings From: Sandra Pratt To whom it may concern, I have had Philonise stay at my home and take care of my dogs on several occasions. I have found her to be conscientious and caring of both my animals and my home. We have three dogs with different diets and outdoor cats that need daily feeding. I am able to leave her with detailed instructions and know that they’ll be well taken care of as well as given lots of special attention during our absence. I also get regular updates via text on what they’re doing during the day and night. One of the things I look for in someone taking care of my animals is that they care. That’s obvious when you see her and my dogs interacting. A second thing is their attention to the details of their care. That their feeding schedule is followed and medications are attended to on time as well as clean up and making sure there is always clean water. And, thirdly, I don’t want them left alone for long periods of time. They might as well be in a kennel if they’re not going to be getting attention while being cared for in my home. I don’t expect them to be entertained at all times. I’m happy if they sleep a lot. But, I don’t want them ignored when they’re at home with a sitter. On the occasions that she comes to the house to visit, they are anxious for her attention and approval. It’s obvious that she’d developed a relationship with them over and above that of a dog sitter. I put great trust in her care of my pets. I would highly recommend her for any position as she is definitely a caring, hardworking, and diligent caregiver.

Philonise J has house/dog sat for me on many occasions. She is very responsible and careful of my house and property but I’m most grateful and pleased with the caring and loving relationship she has with my dog. Ace loves her and I always feel at ease leaving him in her care. I think I he likes her more than me! I would highly recommend her.

We've had Philonise house sit for us on two different occasions while we enjoyed our week long vacations. She did a terrific job looking after our home, pets, and garden while we were away. Philonise made herself available to come over to tour the house and get instructions for the cat and fish, and watering the plants inside and out. She asked good questions and we could tell right away she was a good caretaker. It was comforting to know everything was in her capable hands and we appreciated the updates from home. We returned to a clean and tidy home, happy cat and still flourishing garden! We recommend Philonise to anyone looking for a house and pet sitter. We would not hesitate to welcome her back to our home again.

Philonise has taken care of our house, pets and garden on 3 occasions while we were traveling. She has both stayed at our house and just stopped in to check on everything. She leaves the house cleaner than we did, all the pets were well and happy and the plants were alive and thriving. We would recommend her services as she is reliable, takes care of things in an emergency (broken watering system), her fees are reasonable and she leaves cookies for when you get home.
