House Sitter in Menominee, Michigan

Application: Nice to meet you! My name is Sandi. My husband John and I have recently retired and sold our 4 bedroom house and everything in it and want to travel. We live in the midwest and are currently living on our sailboat for the summer in Michigan. We currently are interested in long term house or boat sitting somewhere warm during the winter months. Prefer to do at least a month at a time but willing to negotiate. We can travel anywhere in the U.S. Services And Training: We are comfortable doing plant watering, mail collecting, and light landscaping. With respect to our experience of house sitting, unfortunately we have none. However, we've been house and boat owners of very nice houses and boats most of our lives and have done most of the upkeep ourselves. Pets: We are also available to watch your pet as long as they get along with a small dog. We have an older Yorkie Poo who is very well trained. Her credentials have included an Emotional Support Dog, Therapy Dog, and Service Dog. She's also a sailor dog. :) So there would be no concern of damage to anything. She gets along with other pets and have lived most of her life with a cat. We look forward to taking care of your house.
