After working for 15 years in the damage restoration industry, we decided it was time to assist property owners with preventing damages before they occur. Living in SouthWest Florida, we encountered many losses that had someone checking in on their property, but was not knowledgeable to what causes them, such as humidity blooms and how to monitor and prevent, keeping drains wet to not allow a backflow of fumes and gasses, inspecting areas where water and mold damage frequently begin and go un-noticed. We also water plants, check mail, inspect for bugs rodents and theft intrusion, cleaning and laundry after a guest departure, grocery shopping and stocking upon arrival.
