House Sitter in Flint, Texas

I am a Texas based house sitter who will care for your home, pets/plants, yard, mail collection, trash/recycling, light landscape maintenance. Minimum sitting duration 2 weeks, please. Depending on your location, I will need advance notice, as I'll likely be traveling to your location. I am able and willing to cover most coastal locations, including Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and California. I am an IT professional with a current full time, remote based job. I can house sit in any location in which wireless internet is available to me. I am professional, clean and highly responsible. I am fully investigated by the FBI every 5 years, to assure that I am a trustworthy individual, as I work for the Federal gov't, and have to maintain a security clearance for my job, which I have been at for over 22 years. I am also highly skilled at home maintenance. Your home and yard will be fully maintained while you're away. I own a 4000 square foot lake home with a 1 acre back yard, I know what it takes to care for and maintain a home, inside and out. I will also care for your pets/plants, if you have them. I do need a few days advance notice, since I work full time. I need up to a 3 days (weekend preferred) to travel to your location. I prefer long term assignments, minimum of 2 weeks please for locations more than 100 miles away. For local engagements, please be aware that I am only available after 1 PM during the week. Tony
