Hello there! We're Ben and Tash! Married travellers, lovers of life, and big advocates of the wonderful Latin phrase, "Carpe Diem" - "Seize the Day." We see life as a precious gift that is taken for granted far too often in today's world. We believe taking time to be grateful, share with others and appreciate the little things is one of the biggest ways we can help both ourselves and those we love. We have owned and looked after bunnies, dogs, cats and guinea pigs, horses, to name a few!) Tash previously worked as a Zookeeper with Penguins, Meerkats and Lemurs, as well as volunteering in looking after dogs for the terminally ill. Between us, we share a wide breadth of professional experience in the social service and outdoor sectors, including working with children/adults with autism, cognitive disabilities, youth at risk, and youth in custody in therapeutically focused outdoor/adventure facilities. We just returned from NZ a few months ago and are travelling/moving to BC.
