First and foremost, If I were to allow anyone in my house I would want to make sure they are not on substances or doing anything illegal. That is important to me. The next thing is that they are professional and have an education because research shows that people with an education have learned and accumulated life experience of how to properly obey rules and policies more than uneducated people. And Last but not least, on a person note, most of my daytime activities are devoted to my research and graduate school projects, so even though Im quite busy in my own world, I do take into account that I am also responsible for the duties or house sitting and will give you the utmost respect while engaging in this job! :)
