Personal Profile: Hello my name is Brandy. I'm seeking a house sitting provider position in Galveston, Texas. I plan to utilize my experience as a House Sitting Provider. I will work part or full-time as required. Description of Skills: I am comfortable doing plant watering, pet and animal care, and light landscaping. I have a little experience training pets. I have been a caretaker doing vacation lake rentals since 2015. I am about to be moving to the Galveston area. As I want to be closer to the ocean. I'm moving from the Nacogdoches/Center region in which I was a caretaker for several lake houses on lake murval that were used as both family getaways for the owners, and vacation rental properties. I did everything from being 24/7 on call emergency contact to help renters should any issue arise. Outsourcing certified workers/cleaning agency if the job was over my head. To lawn upkeep & random property checks when there were no renters. I always strive to maintain these homes above the owners expected standards. As I believe the houses general appearance, proper upkeep (both house & household appliances), and yards, is a reflection of me, as well as a reflection of their owner & the pride we take in caring for them.
