About Me: I'm a full-time grad student with a flexible schedule, and am here almost every single weekend while school is in session. I live in Chapel Hill and am happy to housesit within a bike-accessible radius. When I'm not studying, I enjoy biking, hiking, running, live music, photography, and jigsaw puzzles. Services And Training: I am happy to help take care of your home and its inhabitants (both pets and plants) to give you some peace of mind while you're away. I am someone who is security-conscious and always sure to lock windows & doors, make sure mail doesn't pile up, and leave a small light on if no one is home. I'd be sure to treat your home with the same care and caution I do my own. I grew up with medium-large dogs and my family still has one, though I haven't lived full-time with one in ten years. I absolutely love dogs though and can't wait until I'm in a place in life where I can have one of my own. Over the last few years I have dogsat for friends and neighbors and have really enjoyed having a canine companion for up to a week or so at a time. Thus far I have taken care of dogs aged 1-14, but am willing to care for younger or older dogs. Open to walks, feeding, playing, snuggling, bathing, and anything else needed! Though I have never personally had a cat, I've taken care of a number of cats for friends and neighbors and would be happy to give yours lots of love as well. As far as indoor plants/gardens go, I have a sizable plant collection of my own and have enjoyed growing some small veggies of my own the last couple years and am aware of the care needed in the Carolina heat and humidity!
