I am hands on contractor/builder (semi-retired) if there are either things you want taken care of or to cover any emergency. (By separate agreement)

As for pet care & feeding
I love pets and they love me, cats only tolerate me just like every one else.
I miss my own Border Collie, he accompanied me constantly for an unbelievable 19 years.
