House Sitter in San Marcos, Texas

I am new to house sitting, but definitely not new to having a list of tasks to complete and efficiently completing those tasks. I am able to do pretty much any task that a client would need me to do when it comes to house sitting. For example, plant care, pet care, getting mail, tidying up the house, etc. My current availability is very open because I'm only working a few mornings out of the week at my part-time job. Because of this, I am looking for something that would be part-time.
