House Sitter in Milford, Delaware

Hi! My name is Matt and my wife and I recently relocated here from UT along with out 3 dogs. I am a dog walker/sitter and often provide overnight services. During my stays at a clients house, my goal is to leave it neater than when I arrived - weather on the inside or out. When people go out of town they are often in a rush to get out the door and leave tasks unfinished- only to come home and right away have chores to do. I try to help relieve this extra stress by organizing the items that may have been left on the counter (putting away what I can), taking care of the dishes that have in the sink, the clothes that need to be switched to the dryer, taking out the trash, etc. Prior to leaving the home I am staying at, I vacuum the common areas, sweep the kitchen, wash and dry the bedding of the room I stayed in and either fold or remake the bed. I am looking for a home sitter position in Milford, DE and I strive to be a knowledgeable employee. I can be available as needed. Services And Training: I have experience with property watching (setting alarms, bringing in mail), lawn maintenance (sprinklers, raking leaves, mowing the yard) and snow clearing (driveway, front door, sidewalk).
