I am comfortable doing a number of services as requested including but not limited to general house maintenance, yard maintenance, pet/animal care Hey my name is Erik. I am seeking a house minder position in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I strive to be a hard working person. I am available part-time. I have 10 years of facility management and operations experience within higher education and the technology industry. I'm organized, communicate well, and take pride in my work. I can provide any basic services as requested, and will be honest if something is outside of my limitations. I feel very comfortable with general house and yard services including pet sitting. I have extensive experience working with vendors to coordinate repairs and manage projects should something more complicated arise and that type of service is needed.
