House Sitter in Auburn, California

My name is Meagan, I am 24 and live in Lake of the Pines in Auburn, California. I am currently unemployed, in the sense of a 9-5, for the first time since I was 15 years old due to a series of unfortunate events. Alas, I move on and conquer! I am ambitious, diligent, thoughtful/considerate, meticulous, and more than competent in an array of skills; achieved through work and life experience. I am enrolled in school for Biology, I am highly passionate towards plants and animals. Making me the best choice to water your plants, cuddle your cat, feed the horses, and tend to a garden! I am educated and have an immense desire to attain more knowledge. Any opportunity that grants me the ability to learn and grow is a task I take with enthusiasm and pride. I am a committed person, a perfectionist (sometimes to a fault), and highly trustworthy. I have always been the candidate with all of my friends to be the chosen one to house sit and watch pets. I currently am living in a household that inhabits two rescue dogs with little prior training before I became a tenant, and during my unemployment I have spent hours with them and have achieved an impressive level of training with both Puffin (abuse victim) and Maya (abandoned). What sets me apart from any other applicant, is that I am highly empathetic, intelligent, and wise for my age. I am sensitive to the needs of others, hold a high importance of respect towards others and their property, I am friendly, and nonjudgmental. I can asses situations, problem solve, and act on my feet if necessary. I work really well with animals and have an intense passion for plants, a self-proclaimed green thumb. I have all of the skills necessary to do the job, whatever the job. And if I lack that knowledge due to lack of experience or understanding, I am a fast learner with common sense and a methodical mind. I am creative, an artist, and I have had an incredibly interesting life, so far. I am young, but for what I lack in age I compensate with an old soul. I am healthy and able to perform household tasks like cleaning, dishes, etc. as well as most outdoor maintenance work. I will admit that I have a setback of being very petite, but that by no means translates into being unable to lift or carry 45 pounds. I have worked in the restuarant business since my teens, as stated above, so I have an unshakable work ethic that I take an incredible amount of pride in. I believe my work is a reflection of me, therefore I put all of myself into it. I am not perfect, I am human, and so human error exists. Therefore I cannot promise you perfection, but if given the opportunity I believe that I could be a huge help to any client with how much effort and care that I bring to the table. I am friendly, easy going, and carry a love for life that I show through my attitude. I care deeply about the relationships and connections I establish with others, so I can promise that I will do my very best to perform any task giving 100% consideration and effort. I am sensitive to the needs of others, and I believe that is a quality that a home owner should look for in a sitter. I hope to be given the chance to speak, meet, and work together!
