Saharai “Sada” Salazar has been working professionally with canines for over 18 years. Saharai’s education in domestic animal and wildlife biology with an emphasis on canine studies included behavior, anatomy and physiology, genetics, evolution, and diseases at the University of California, Davis. Saharai’s passion in working with Fear, Anxiety and Stress (FAS) in dogs, especially fear-based aggression, was cultivated in the Isolation Ward of a county animal shelter. For several years, she successfully rehabilitated and placed numerous red-listed dogs slated for euthanasia. Behavior modification presented its own special challenges in a shelter environment, which equipped Saharai with a unique set of skills and the knowledge needed to straddle the rescue and behavior worlds. Saharai has personally shared her life with over 42 different species of animals and can take care of all of your pet care needs. Saharai runs her business from her residence and takes pride in maintaining a tidy household while she works. She strongly believes that taking good care of the home is an important foundation for a happy and stress-free life.
